Every client at Mend begins with an Initial Consultation — a comprehensive one-on-one session with an Accredited Exercise Physiologist.
This session is designed to understand you — your health history, current fitness level, movement patterns, and personal goals.

By taking the time to assess how your body moves and functions, we’re able to create a training plan that’s safe, effective, and completely personalised to your needs.

Initial Consultation

Your initial consultation is where your Mend journey begins.
During this session, we:

  • Review your health and injury history

  • Assess your strength, posture, and mobility

  • Identify any movement limitations

  • Develop a tailored program to match your goals

If your goal is to join our Women’s Strength Classes, the initial consultation helps us determine your readiness and ensures any necessary modifications are built into your training plan.

This session allows you to feel confident, supported, and ready to begin — without pressure or confusion.

Our Private Sessions provide focused, individualised support — perfect for those who:

Each private session is completely tailored to your body and goals, ensuring you receive expert coaching, precise technique feedback, and a clear plan for progress.
