At Mend, we’ve created a light-filled, supportive space where strength is encouraged – not shouted. Our exercise physiologists specialise in functional strength training, osteoporosis-safe exercise and evidence-based programs that improve bone density, confidence, and whole-body strength.

Strength Training That Supports Better Bone Health

We offer personalised 1:1 exercise physiology sessions and small, semi-private classes (maximum of 4 participants).
Our training is designed to safely support women looking to improve bone density, manage osteopenia or osteoporosis, and build long-term strength and resilience.

We also offer ONERO-specific sessions, where our programming incorporates the principles of the ONERO approach to help support bone health in a structured and supervised way.

Our goal is to help you feel confident, capable and strong in everyday life. Through tailored, evidence-based training and a welcoming community, we support you in building strength, improving mobility and reducing injury risk – all at a pace that feels right for you.

We work with both men and women, and our small-group class structure is especially suited to women wanting guidance with strength training, bone health and long-term functional fitness.
