Our Founder - Seif
A Byron local, Seif was raised in the Byron Shire after moving to Australia from Egypt at six months of age. After achieving his Masters in Exercise Physiology from Southern Cross University, Seif immediately went in to private practice and has honed his skills over the past 7 years. Armed with a holistic approach to client consultations and treatment plans. He treats an injury in relation to the body as a whole, rather than in isolation, believing this attitude towards injury can have a profound effect on treatment outcomes and long-term rehabilitation.
In recent years, Seif has focused his work on bone density, osteoporosis, and osteopenia. With so much fear and misinformation surrounding these conditions, his goal is to bridge the gap between research and real-world practice. The evidence is clear—specific, targeted exercise is one of the most effective ways to improve bone health.
Seif empowers clients to get stronger safely and effectively, helping them increase their bone density naturally through exercise. He has completed additional training in the ONERO program and has undertaken extensive research in this field. Combined with his experience treating musculoskeletal injuries and chronic pain, Seif offers a comprehensive and informed approach to improving long-term bone health.
Our senior exercise physiologist - Josh
A series of injuries that took Josh away from surfing and exercise sparked his fascination with the body’s capacity to recover and perform ultimately leading him to pursue a career in Exercise Physiology.
Born and raised in the Byron Shire, Josh went on to complete his Master’s in Exercise Physiology, developing a passion for bridging the gap between rehabilitation and performance.
His pursuit of knowledge led him to Sydney, where he was fortunate to work alongside some of Australia’s leading specialist doctors, physiotherapists, and psychologists. This experience deepened his understanding of the body and mind, shaping a holistic approach to treatment and long-term recovery.
Josh specialises in musculoskeletal injuries, strength training, osteoporosis, and pain management. His approach focuses on improving mobility, managing pain, and restoring long-term health through sustainable, structured training.”
